Classical ballet

Giulia Rossitto trained as dancer at the Teatro alla Scala Ballet School conducted by Anna Maria Prina.
After the graduation she joined the Teatro alla Scala corps de ballet, directed by Frederic Olivieri, performing as soloist and principal dancer in several ballets like Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Cinderella, Onegin, L’Histoire de Manon, La Sylphide, Carmen, A Midsummer’s Night’s Dream and La Bayadere.
In 2006 she undertakes the career as teacher: in 2010 she graduated at the course of Classical Ballet Instructor at Accademia del Teatro alla Scala, directed by Frederic Olivieri.
She takes part in examination boards, hold internships in various Italian schools and, as guest, she teaches classical dance, point and repertoire. In 2011 she collaborates, as teacher of Teatro alla Scala Academy, in an international collaboration project with the National Foundation for Dance in Belgrado directed by Aja Jung, festival director of contemportary dance international festival of Belgrado.
From 2012 she teaches at the new school of Balletto di Roma , directed by Paola Jorio. From 2018 is instructor at the Ballet School of Teatro alla Scala.
